Her focus is in negotiating and enforcing contracts for condominiums, co-ops, and residential/commercial transactions in New York City and Long Island (Nassau County and Suffolk County). Ms. Guan has extensive experience and skills in reviewing contracts and title reports, identifying title defects, managing closings, managing complex loan schedules, collaborating with underwriters to resolve title issues, representing developers in establishing condominiums, and assisting landlords, tenants, and clients with lease negotiations, wills, trusts, and probate proceedings.Prior to joining iLead, she worked for a leading real estate law firm in New York City.
